Refund policy

There are absolutely NO returns of any custom items.  These are made per order and order would need to be cancelled with in four hours to ensure items haven't started to be created.  

IF there is an error on an order, let me know IMMEDIATELY and I will replace at no cost to the customer as soon as possible.  Item that is incorrect will need to be returned.
